Testimonials
“Beth is an incredibly intuitive and experienced leader. She is a tremendous coach and trainer who helps even veteran educators to think differently about their professional work. She also helps teams to work better together and achieve their goals. I’m grateful for all her help! ”
“Beth’s approach to developing professionals and communities is unmatched! Her passion and expert knowledge of public health policy, effective training principles, and leadership and organizational development shine through in all that she does. I had a lot of prior experience designing and delivering trainings in my field, but after completing one of her trainings, I refined my approach and incorporated new methods that helped me more effectively help others improve their effectiveness in a variety of helping professions. If you are interested in starting a change initiative for yourself or your organization, then I enthusiastically recommend Beth Mattfeld as the change partner for you.”
“I have had the honor of working with Beth for over five years at UNODC. I first met her in February 2012 in Kabul, Afghanistan when she arrived from Vienna to organize a training on the treatment of women and children affected by substance use. This initiative was spearheaded by Beth and expanded to other
countries in Asia and around the world.
Throughout our time working together, Beth consistently impressed me with her professionalism, dedication, and work ethic. Her commitment to the job is contagious, inspiring everyone around her to give their best effort. Beth is a hard-working professional who has not only demonstrated outstanding
leadership skills but also the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
Beth is an excellent communicator who carefully listens to everyone’s opinions and concerns, and always encourages collaboration and teamwork. She leads by example, setting high standards for herself and her team and consistently pushing everyone to achieve their full potential.
As my direct supervisor, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Beth on peer-reviewed articles and curriculum development. She effectively led the team, providing excellent insights on contemporary leadership, and proving to be a great trainer and educator.
Overall, I highly recommend Beth’s leadership training and coaching. I am delighted that Beth has started this new business to share her rich experience and skills in healthcare and education with individuals and organizations.”
